Gramercy Treehouse

Los Angeles, CA

One of Two Job Captains at Soler Architecture

Entitlement Phase

This is a co-living development, aiming to revamp the way millennials live in the city of Los Angeles by bringing about a sense of community. The units are approximately 1,000 square feet. Communal spaces for all inhabitants are scattered throughout the property, including a lounge, a recreation room, and a rooftop deck, and seating areas between lush greenery.

There are five stories of wood construction for the units and communal spaces above ground, and two stories of concrete construction for parking, utility rooms, and other communal spaces underground.
