This newly built 3,355 square foot, two-story residence achieves a modern look on a budget with clever techniques such as using off-the-shelf prefabricated elements for the kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities. The custom designed elements are reserved for the areas that are critical to the overall look and feel of the home, including the interior stair and the living room casework.
