This project focuses on the marriage of required and selected catalyst programs. The two catalyst programs, a martial arts studio and a crime prevention program, were chosen as a response to the neighborhood, since it is a location with high crime rates. The primary goal of this design was to encourage the intermixing of circulation between various users, while establishing the martial arts studio as the focal point.
